About

I am a UKCP and BPC registered adult psychodynamic psychotherapist offering therapy in Central London and online. My approach is warm, reflective, and exploratory, providing a space where you can think and feel freely without judgment.

Before training as a therapist, I worked at a senior level in the UK and internationally, which has given me a deep understanding of the pressures of high-intensity careers. Many of the people I work with navigate demanding professional lives and seek a space where they can process stress, understand relational patterns, and explore their emotional world beyond performance and achievement. I have extensive experience working with individuals exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, and diverse relationship structures. I also work with men’s mental health, particularly with those navigating vulnerability, intimacy, and societal expectations of masculinity.
